Ball left a cut that looks like the lacings of the ball. Worth the pain? you bet.
Baseball is an unchanging unbiased game. You can't blame it for bad hops, unlucky calls, or unfair odds. All baseball gives us is an oppurtunity. No more, no less, it's what people do with it that makes this game so beautiful, artistic, cruel, and like no other.
